Refund Policy

- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period.
- Technical Errors: If a billing error occurred on our end or through our payment processor.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you can prove that the charge was made without your consent.
- Accidental Purchase: If reported within 24 hours of the transaction, provided that no premium data or exports were downloaded.
